Q - Are the names random on the Our Heroes Memorial tags?

A - Yes, the names are random for each order, They are all Our Heroes.

Q - How long does it take to receive my order?

A - Please allow 7 to 10 days. We will process your order as soon as we get it. Depending on supply and demand you may receive your order sooner. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Q - Did you get permission to use the names of soldiers killed?

A - No, we did not know whom to ask. We just truly believe that as a nation we owe our soldiers killed during war more respect then keeping their names hidden away from the people they are fighting for, Us. Our Heroes memorial tags is a way to memorialize and pay our respect, to honor and show our heart felt thanks for the sacrifices they made. They will be forever Our Heroes.
If a family wishes to have their loved ones name removed from use on Our Heroes memorial tags, we will happily comply immediately and make sure that the heroes name is not placed on a memorial tag. our priority is to respect these brave men and women.

Q - Where does the money go?

A - Before anything up to $5 goes to Operation Family Fund an organization which is non-profit and non-political providing aid to severely wounded and disabled veterans and the families of our Fallen Heroes. The rest of the monies goes to the following.

Manufacturing products, Printing, Advertising, Packaging, Part time help form local veterans, credit card charges and processing fees, and Shipping charges. Anything left over will go to Operation Familiy Fund.

Q - Can I make a donation to Our Heroes or help others purchase a Our Heroes Memorial Tag Set?

A - We do not accept any donations directly. If you would like to make a donation, please donate directly to the Operation Family Fund. If you would like to help others purchase Our Heroes Memorial Tag Sets for deployed troops and families that have lost loved ones, please contact us and we will arrange it.
